The Customer Solutions team works daily to establish a relationship of trust with our customers. This department includes customer service, customer care and professional services. Customer Service is available to answer all your questions. The Customer Success Manager schedules regular meetings with you to optimize your success with EGERIE. Professional Services at Egerie provides value-added services for our clients, such as carrying out risk analysis in project mode; advice and expertise, and the specification and optimization of software functionalities.
